Missouri Medical Marijuana patients with a standard, valid medical card can purchase up to 48 MMEs per month.
What's an MME, you ask?
- Cannabis is sold in many forms, so the state of Missouri created a system called Missouri Medical Marijuana Equivalency Units (MMEs) for patients.

1 MME = 3.5g of dried flower (equivalent to 1/8th ounce) = 1 gram of concentrate = 100mg of THC-infused food, beverage, tincture, topical, etc. For a handy reference chart and more info, click here.
