Meet David, the finance guru!

With an impressive career spanning finance management leadership roles in the cannabis, real estate, and investment services industries, David's financial experience knows no bounds. He was also a Co-Founder of Hot Box Cookies, a sweet chapter that began his entrepreneurial journey.

David loves keeping track of all the little details of a project — especially those many people may find relatively uninteresting. Believe it or not, his favorite work project to date was overseeing the finances on a large scale warehouse construction project, finding its complexity fascinating.

Outside of work, David treasures family time, helping his kids learn and grow, and sharing life lessons with his loved ones.

David’s advice for his younger self? “You don't necessarily need to follow what is thought of as conventional wisdom.”

Meet Corey, the operations whiz!

With a wealth of experience as the former Director of Operations for dispensaries in Maryland and California, Corey has honed his expertise in the industry. He was also the Co-Founder of Hot Box Cookies and MizzMenus.com.

Corey has an inherently entrepreneurial mind. He has a knack for turning ideas into reality and fearlessly embraces any challenge — an invaluable skill for navigating the ever-evolving cannabis industry.

Outside of work, Corey loves spending time in nature, with family friends, cooking, working out, and cheering on the Mizzou basketball team.

Corey’s advice for his younger self? “Failures are a good thing as long as you learn from them.”

Meet Mitch, the cannabis connoisseur!

As the former strategic leader of cannabis operations in Maryland and California, Mitch's expertise in the cannabis world is second to none. He's not just an advocate; he's a connoisseur, appreciating the artistry and quality of this incredible plant.

Mitch thrives off collaborating on exciting projects with people he’s close to, and he loves that the cannabis industry brings together people from all walks of life over a shared passion for cannabis. One of his favorite projects was opening the first Feel State store in Florissant.

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys traveling, gardening (things other than cannabis), and can roll you a mean hash hole joint. He works hard to prioritize his health, friends and family, and connecting with the little joys in life.

Mitch’s advice for his younger self? “Don't worry, it's all going to work out.”

Meet Kristen, the creative visionary!

Since entering the cannabis industry as a graphic designer in 2013, Kristen has done work for over 40 cannabis companies across the country and has been a part of seven different startups. She founded her own company, Hempsley, in 2017.

Kristen is passionate about helping entrepreneurs bring to life their visions for making the world a better place. As a Reiki Master Practitioner, she integrates spirituality and mindfulness into her creative process and her favorite projects are those that help change the stigma surrounding cannabis through education.

Outside of work, Kristen spends her time hammocking with tarot cards, getting creative in the kitchen, making wildflower bouquets, and spending time with her family.

Kristen’s advice for her younger self? “No work is worth more than your health, relationships, or sanity.”

Partnering with Feel State Dispensaries requires ZERO upfront fees, and we’ll even help you with the costs of initial branding and marketing materials.

After your first six months of operations, we’ll begin collecting a small licensing fee. Our business model is based entirely on your success, so if you don’t make money then we don’t either.
